- Provide online support to users by utilising common place remote desktop technologies, telephone and video conferencing tools.
Network Managers
- Monitor the network using software tools and feedback from Online and Onsite Technician reports.
- Review changing technologies including user’s network usage and requirements plus changing technology environments to ensure the network is kept modern.
- Designing future networks inline with management direction.
- Manage change on the network and plan deployment of new systems.
- Responsible for disaster recovery situations.
Site Managers
- Work with Senior Management Teams and BOT.
- Help align ICT direction with School Goals.
- Budgeting Advice.
- Review feedback from users and administrators.
- Hardware purchasing and roll over planning.
