  • Monitor the network using software tools and feedback from Online and Onsite Technician reports.
  • Review changing technologies including user’s network usage and requirements plus changing technology environments to ensure the network is kept modern.
  • Designing future networks inline with management direction.
  • Manage change on the network and plan deployment of new systems.
  • Responsible for disaster recovery situations.

Site Managers

  • Work with Senior Management Teams and BOT.
  • Help align ICT direction with School Goals.
  • Budgeting Advice.
  • Review feedback from users and administrators.
  • Hardware purchasing and roll over planning.
